Limitthenumberofsessionsthatcanbeconnectedsimultaneouslytothedatabaseonthespecifiedcomputerbyusingconcurrentusagelicensingmaybeusefulwhenaproductiondatabaseistoobusytodealwithmanysessions.Althoughitisnotreasonableusage.
Youcansetalimitonthenumberofconcurrentsessionsbeforeyoustartaninstance,orchangethemaximumnumberofconcurrentsessionswhilethedatabaseisrunning.(Oraclesessionmanagercanhelpyoudothisonthefly).
